Who will deliver the Data Maturity Assessment?
A technical principal and a data principal from Crosstide. They are experienced in looking at technology platforms, data governance, and operating models to identify gaps and issues in the maturity of a data capability.

How long will it take?
Depending on the exact needs, it can take 3 to 12 weeks. Larger organisations with more business stakeholders, or organisations wanting more comprehensive and detailed reviews will take longer. Likewise, organisations that want a more light touch review or want to focus on a specific element (e.g. data operating model, platform capabilities, data governance) will take less time.

What does it involve?
It involves:
- A number of interviews with business and technology stakeholders, to get their appraisal of where things are at the moment
- A detailed platform architecture and capability model review to understand the as-is and whether it meets the business needs
- A review of data governance processes and data handling policies.

What will be the outputs?
We produce a target state data platform architecture, highlighting any remediations and rectifications required and building out the data delivery roadmap for the organisation to ensure a strong focus on ROI.

What happens afterwards?
That is up to you! Once we have delivered our assets, we can partner with you to deliver your new governance processes, operating model, or platform/use cases into production.
We can also operate on a call-off ‘check-in’ model where we periodically check-in to measure the progress of adoption and identify what might need tweaking and evolution.
